How to Register

All participants are required to register through the Meniscus Asian Summit online registration system and are advised to register in advance (by August 30, 2023) to receive the pre-registration discount. Please read carefully the registration guidelines below.

Payment Method

1) Card Payment

  • The following credit cards will be accepted: VISA, MasterCard, JCB, American Express.
  • Credit card payments can only be made through online registration.

2) Wire Transfer

  • Please note that the transfer must be made under the registrant’s name and must be stated on the receipt.
  • The confirmation Letter will only be sent after receipt of the required fees.
  • All bank charges for remittance must be paid by the registrants.
  • All bank remittance charges are to be paid by registrants. Any balances should be paid on-site to complete registration.
  • A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required if registration fees were not credited to the meeting account on time.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • All cancellations must be submitted via e-mail (meniscus.asia@gmail.com) to the Secretariat. All refunds will be processed after the congress and all processing rates will be deducted from the reimbursement. If you do not attend the congress without notice of cancellation, no refund will be given.
No refunds will be given after September 30th (Sat) (Korean Standard Time)

Letter of Invitation (for application of entry visa to Korea)

  • To request an invitation, please contact the Secretariat(meniscus.asia@gmail.com).The official invitation letter is NOT a commitment of the Meniscus Asian Summit organizer to provide financial assistance to any participants or accompanying persons. Expenses incurred are the sole responsibility of the participant.
